Here's how it works:

1. After you initially rent, I'll typically have to attend your new property to remove items or make common adjustments. This is the initial setup assistance visit and helps you get oriented. This does not count as a customization visit
2. Up to two additional visits for customization at any time during your rental

Things that can be changed:

• Add/remove items
• Move items
• Terraforming, as supported by the land/region
• Explore various layout options
• Change or adjust furniture and other details
